Refund & Return Policy

Zepdash provides digital services that are customized for each client. Therefore, once a payment is made and work has begun, refunds are generally not possible.

Refund Eligibility

  • If no work has commenced after payment.
  • In case of duplicate or incorrect transactions.

Non-refundable Services

  • Social media campaigns
  • Web and app development work after initial delivery
  • Designs that have been shared with the client

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
